Gel 2011 - thanks
Thanks to these companies, organizations, and individuals for contributing to Gel 2011.
Sponsor: Carbonite - Gel 2011 was made possible in part by Carbonite, which protects individuals and small businesses from data loss with automatic online backup.
Creative partners
• Thornberg & Forester created the unbelievably great speaker animations, the stage design, the badges on Thursday and Friday, the drawings for the 12 team icons for the game (Restore), and the T-shirt designs featuring the icons.
• Andrew Huang at songstowearpantsto.com composed the music for the speaker animations.
• Scott Stowell and Ryan Thacker at Open designed the printed programs and worked with Sam Brown (creator of the Gel logo) to make a flip animation.
• Jacob Krupnick and Shootbooth took everyone's picture, then (surprise) created an installation of everyone's photos at the Friday party, and (bigger surprise) custom-built a music video featuring everyone's Shootbooth shot, which we played at the end of Friday's program.
