Gel Conference Transfer and Refund Policy
All Gel conference sales are final. However, tickets are transferable, for free, until about a week and a half before the event starts:
- Gel 2011 tickets are transferable for free through Monday, April 18, 2011.
After that point, these transfer fees apply:
- from Tuesday, April 19 through Tuesday, April 26, 2011 (i.e., two days before the event starts): $200 per Gel 2011 ticket transfer
- then starting on Wednesday, April 27, the day before the event starts: $500 per Gel 2011 ticket transfer.
To transfer your Gel ticket before the event starts, please email us at gelhelp [at] goodexperience.com. (Once the event starts, go to the registration desk at the theater.)
We will check IDs at the door, so please let us know if someone else will be attending instead of you, by emailing us at gelhelp [at] goodexperience.com.
P.S. By "transfer" we mean "transfer to another person, so that they can attend Gel 2011."
