Gel Conference Transfer and Refund Policy

All Gel conference sales are final. However, tickets are transferable, for free, until about a week and a half before the event starts:
• Gel 2010 tickets were transferable for free through April 19, 2010.
• Gel 2011 tickets are transferable for free through April 17, 2011.

After that point, these transfer fees apply:
• through the Tuesday, week-of (i.e., two days before the event starts): $200 per Gel 2010 ticket transfer
• then starting on Wednesday, the day before the event starts: $500 per Gel 2010 ticket transfer.

To transfer your Gel ticket before the event starts, please email us at gelhelp at goodexperience.com. (Once the event starts, go to the registration desk at the theater.)

We will check IDs at the door, so please let us know if someone else will be attending instead of you, by emailing us at gelhelp at goodexperience.com.
