It's interesting how similar the seven ways that things can be broken are to the seven (sometimes eight) types of waste that Lean identifies. Perhaps some of the same techniques could be used to fix these broken things.

Great vid! Obama should start the KISS foundation. It would offer grants to small business that can provide a plan to fix some of these problems.

A very smart savvy man, I always enjoy what he has to say about anything. It's too bad that there aren't a lot more like him.

This is a fantastic video. I cope with ridiculously broken forms all the time and am bewildered by the thinking that leads to them.

@bryce: are you (or they) serious?
I mean lets take the topic transport: crabs are flown from the baltic sea to marocco te be pealed and then back to be served to us... this is (what some people actually believe) the most effective and 'unbroken' way..

Seth really is inspirational. Making me laugh while teaching me something (that I already know but somehow seem to get distracted from) is a talent. He is soooo not broken.

Absolutely brilliant. Seth also started, or at least posts on this http://www.goodexperience.com/tib/ if you need more.

It's how I get my daily fix.

I could only make it through 7 minutes of this. Why? Seth is broken. And snarky.

I'll use my other 13 minutes and 13 seconds to actually fix something.

Wow, this was kind of a disappointment. I didn't realize that Seth cared more about being funny than making valid points. He's obnoxious and most of his examples are not "broken" - or at least not for the reasons he cites. Boo.
