It is a great presentation. However, I would be interested in how this concept applies to problems. Motivation isn't that difficult; most of us hope for the best and good things. When you have a customer or employee who is unhappy how do you apply these principles?

I never thought that Maslow can be so applicable in the business world. Can you argue that the Army's slogan - Be all you can be - is successful?

I certainly like the links you make about job vs. a career vs. a calling.
