I read Phoebe's book after eating at Per Se and loved getting the inside scoop on what goes on behind the scenes of this amazing restaurant. As a bookseller, I also enjoy selling her book and recommending it to our customers. There are many people who now know of Per Se in Tempe, Arizona.
