Code of Conduct

Gel aims to create a positive, inclusive environment where people can explore the ideas and themes of the event. This means:

• All participants at Gel events – attendees, speakers, staff, volunteers, etc. – are expected to treat other participants respectfully.

• What’s not allowed: Sexual harassment, threats, or discriminatory behavior towards an individual or class of people.

• Photos/videos/social media: Please be respectful of people’s wishes if they don’t want identifying photos or videos taken.

Gel reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event for behavior that violates this Code of Conduct.
